
Brescia, Italy — After the completion of the successful Ma‘rakah-e-Haq Overseas Convention in Europe, Human Trust International arranged a respectful commemorative program in Brescia to mark Quaid-e-Azam Day and to recognize the spirit of Ma‘rakah-e-Haq. The event was organized through the efforts of Human Trust International members Akmal Aziz Raja, Raja Abdul Ghaffar, and Shehzad Butt.
The gathering was led by Chairman Human Trust International, Dr. Muhammad Waqas Nadeem, who attended as the chief guest. He was joined by Chief Coordinator Malik Abid, representatives of OPF Italy, Italy OPWC President Dr. Arbaz Zia, members of the Pakistani Association Prato, and participants who traveled from different cities across Italy. A car rally was also held as part of the program, reflecting unity within the overseas Pakistani community.
While addressing the audience, Dr. Muhammad Waqas Nadeem highlighted that Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah (RA) laid the foundation of Pakistan, and safeguarding the country remains the duty of the Pakistan Armed Forces, whose sacrifices he described as invaluable. He stressed the need for unity in the face of modern challenges and reiterated that overseas Pakistanis stand firmly with their country and its leadership.
Throughout the event, participants raised patriotic slogans in support of Quaid-e-Azam, the Pakistan Armed Forces, and General Syed Asim Munir. The ceremony also included the cutting of a cake in honor of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah (RA), accompanied by the national anthem.
In his closing remarks, Dr. Waqas Nadeem encouraged unity, awareness, and collective responsibility, calling upon Pakistanis to remain connected to national values and work together for a stronger and more united Pakistan.
